Jay has been coaching CrossFit for over 10 years. He knows from his time in the Australian Army the importance of functional fitness and wanted to maintain this when he discharged from the defence force. A friend introduced him to CrossFit shortly after leaving the army and he quickly became addicted. “I have been passionate about health and fitness for a long time and tried a lot of different training programs over the years. Once I discovered CrossFit I realized I had found the way I was going to train for the rest of my life. That same afternoon Cormack did his first ever CrossFit class and hasn’t looked back since, looking to constantly challenge himself to learn and grow as a coach and an athlete. “I joined as I have always loved fitness and what you put into it, is what you get out of it which keeps you accountable and disciplined. Team Crèche
Here at CFN we’ve cultivated an atmosphere where you can focus on your health and fitness, while having lots of fun. So it’s only fair that you’re little people get to have fun too.
Our CFN creche is a complementary member service that runs alongside our 9.15am and 10.30am sessions weekdays. Our caring and dedicated creche team can accommodate children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years of age during school terms*. During school holidays we extend our care to children up to 12 years of age*
Our dedicated creche space is separate to the main gym floor and has various age appropriate activities, toys and games to keep your child entertained and engaged. Our team members actively support and encourage imagination, play, and fun. These are integral to your child’s development, as are the positive relationships that grow within this environment. The kids develop their own friendships and a sense of belonging to the creche community.
If for any reason your child is unsettled during a session we will follow your lead in how you would like to cater to the needs of your child. All creche team members have at a minimum their valid Working With Children Check and current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Guided by best practices in childcare settings we have implemented formal policies and processes around hygiene and cleaning, bookings, capacity limits, allergy management, behaviour management, staff accreditation requirements and more.
*Conditions apply.
If you would like more information on our creche service feel free to contact us directly.
