Nope! You don’t need to get fit before starting CrossFit—you start CrossFit to get fit. Every workout is scaled to your ability, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Our coaches guide you through every session, ensuring you train safely while progressing at your own pace.
Your first class is about getting familiar with the movements, meeting the coaches, and understanding how the sessions work. You’ll join a structured warm-up, work through the strength or skill component, and then finish with a high-energy workout. Our coaches adjust every movement to suit your experience level, so you’ll never feel out of place.
While we don’t have a dedicated nutrition program, our coaches can provide guidance on fuelling your training and recovery. Nutrition is a key factor in performance, and we’re happy to support members with basic advice on eating for strength, endurance, and overall health.
CrossFit is highly adaptable. If you have an injury or limitation, our coaches will modify exercises to ensure you can train safely while still making progress. We focus on long-term movement quality and injury prevention, so you’ll always be working within your capability.
Your membership includes access to coached CrossFit classes, expert programming, and a supportive community. You can choose between a three-class-per-week membership or unlimited classes, with the option to add 24/7 open gym access.
Yes—if you have a membership that includes 24/7 open gym access. This option is available only to members who already participate in CrossFit classes, ensuring that everyone who trains here understands proper movement standards and safety protocols.
We are a coaching-first gym—every session is led by expert coaches who ensure you’re training safely, efficiently, and progressing every session. Unlike regular gyms where you’re left to figure things out on your own, we provide structured programming, hands-on coaching, and a strong community atmosphere to keep you accountable and motivated.
We offer a free intro session, where you’ll meet the coaches, experience a class, and get a feel for how we train. We believe in showing you what we do rather than just telling you about it.
Yes, our Kids CrossFit in Smeaton Grange program is designed for ages 4-12. These classes focus on building coordination, strength, and confidence through fun and structured workouts. We also have a free crèche at 9:15 AM & 10:30 AM for parents training in morning classes.
No. We don’t do contracts. Our members stay because they love it, not because they’re locked in. You can cancel anytime with proper notice, and we also offer membership holds for travel or injury.
