Class Schedule - CrossFit Narellan
Even more flexibility with your membership
At CrossFit Narellan, your membership gives you more than just access to one gym —
you get access to two CrossFit locations.
Train at Narellan or at our sister gym, CrossFit Oran Park, with full access to both class schedules.
And for even more freedom, members can also choose the 24/7 access option to the Narellan facility.
Train at the time that works for you
At CrossFit Narellan, we’ve designed our schedule so everyone can find a class that fits their routine.
With early morning sessions from 5am, mid-morning options with free crèche, and evening classes running until 7:30pm, there’s always a moment in the day to train. And if weekends work better for you, we also run classes on Saturday mornings.
Whether you’re just getting started or already training regularly, you’ll always find a coached class adapted to your level and goals.
There’s always a time that works — you just choose the one that suits you best.
Our different class options
CrossFit Classes
Our adult CrossFit classes are fully coached and accessible to all fitness levels — whether you’re brand new or already training regularly.
Each session includes a warm-up, skill work and a workout of the day, always adapted to your level and goals.
Train in a supportive community with professional coaches who guide you every step of the way.
CrossFit
(Free Crèche)
For parents with young children (5 years old and under), our 9:15am and 10:30am classes include free child-minding, so you can train with complete peace of mind.
Your child stays in a safe, supervised space while you enjoy your session — focused, relaxed and stress-free.
It’s the perfect way to stay active without sacrificing your training or your schedule.
CrossFit Kids
Our CrossFit Kids classes are designed for children aged 4 to 12, with sessions running on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm.
Every class is built around fun, movement, coordination and confidence — no heavy lifting, just safe and age-appropriate training.
It’s a great way for kids to stay active, build healthy habits and develop confidence through movement.
