Weightlifting not really for you? That’s ok! Come down to our Indoor Bootcamp classes and get your sweat on!
These classes are designed for people who just want to get fit and burn some calories. They run for an hour on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm. There’s a warm up, workout and cool down and the program is already written so all you have to do is turn up.
