Personal Training for 3 years with 2 ½ of those in the CrossFit methodology. Have played sports my whole life, 15 years of Rugby League, 5 years of Cricket, 3 years of Soccer and have tried my hand at just about every other sport imaginable.

Jay is a NSW firefighter and an ex army paratrooper who served in Afghanistan. He learnt in the army the importance of functional fitness and wanted to maintain this when he discharged from the defence force. A friend introduced him to CrossFit shortly after leaving the army and he quickly became addicted.

Growing up Josh always loved sports and anything outdoors, This led him to play and try every possible sport and activity. He is currently studying his final year of a bachelor of sport and exercise science.
“From as young as I can remember I always wanted to go to the gym and couldn’t wait until I was finally old enough to start training. I’ve been training in various strength and condition techniques for nearly 10 years and over the past 4 years I’ve discovered CrossFit and tried to learn everything there is to know about it. This is where my passion and desire to learn everything possible about the health and fitness industry has grown.”

Ben leads a healthy and active lifestyle and encourages others to do the same. He has played a number of team sports for many years including soccer, rugby and cricket and attended a traditional gym before discovering CrossFit.
He is now in his fourth year of training with the Crossfit methodology. He loves the social aspect of sport and takes particular pleasure in helping others achieve their goals.
