Russ Odgers

Russ has been a personal trainer since 2011 and a CrossFit coach since 2012. He has a passion for improving his clients lives through skills, strength, and fitness and prides himself in continued education and personal improvement “Since the day I found CrossFit it has been what I’ve dedicated my life to. It has become my passion and if I’m not at the gym coaching or training ill be watching CrossFit related videos. Jay Storey

Jay is ex-army and has been coaching CrossFit for nearly 10 years. He learnt in the army the importance of functional fitness and wanted to maintain this when he discharged from the defence force. A friend introduced him to CrossFit shortly after leaving the army and he quickly became addicted. “I have been passionate about health and fitness for a long time and tried a lot of different training programs over the years. Once I discovered CrossFit I realized I had found the way I was going to train for the rest of my life. It’s hard but fun and the CrossFit prescription of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements keeps you interested, motivated and most importantly gets results. Mick Shearer

Mick is a professional firefighter with a passion for fitness and teaching. “I Started doing CrossFit 7 years ago at CrossFit Narellan and have not looked back. CrossFit and CFN have improved my life inside and outside of the gym in multiple ways. Jacob Marquet

Jacob has been involved in CrossFit since 2012 and started coaching in 2014. He enjoys working with individuals of all fitness levels, using his fine attention to detail and progression tailored to each person who walks through the door. “Once I was introduced to CrossFit, I was hooked immediately. It helped me improve in so many areas of my own health that I knew I wanted to give back and help others achieve their goals through CrossFit. Corey Evans

Corey is a Navy physical trainer with 9 years experience and in the last 2 years a passive for the CrossFit Methodology “Since starting crossfit in 2020, my goals, passion and interests were flipped completely. From a bodybuilding background to Crossfit, I found myself with a broomstick in hand and no mobility. Dedication, commitment & patience are among some of the things that the sport has helped me with many more. If I’m not at the gym striving towards my own fitness, goals or coaching others, you’ll find me strategizing upcoming workouts and planning my week of training ahead”. Without any hesitation I registered for my first open (2020) and made some attempts at the workouts despite the skills I had not developed yet, Pretty sure 20.2 (AMRAP20 – 4 Dumbbell Thrusters, 6 Toes to Bar, 24 Double Unders) saw me throw my rope to the side! Favourite Movements: I’m a psycho! Thrusters, Wall balls, ALL ERGs/Bikes, any form of squat Least Favourite Movement Bar Muscle Ups/Ring Muscle Ups are my weakest!
